Founded in 2025 by Neelam Chawla, the Maxable Global Excellence Awards were created to recognise leadership, contribution, and excellence that shape human potential across sectors.
Established under Maxable Global CIC, the awards reflect a wider vision: to identify meaningful impact beyond visibility and to honour individuals whose work creates lasting value in people’s lives, communities, and society.

At Maxable, we believe mental health is not only about responding to crisis. It is also about building human capability, strengthening resilience, and creating the conditions in which people and communities can function with greater clarity, stability, and capacity.
The name Maxable reflects this principle — maximising human ability before challenges escalate into crisis. The awards were created from that same philosophy.

Recognised by peers, institutions, or professional networks. Their reputation is built through the testimony of others, not self-assertion.

SELECTION PROCESS
Integrity at Every Stage
The Maxable Global Excellence Awards follow a structured, recommendation-led selection process designed to ensure integrity, credibility, and fairness.
Candidates are not selected through open applications alone, but through trusted recommendations and careful evaluation.
01. Recommendation & Nomination
Candidates are identified through trusted networks, referrals, and recommendations from peers and professional communities.
02. Initial Screening
Submissions are reviewed for relevance, authenticity, and alignment with the core values and standards of the awards.
03. Evaluation & Review
Assessment based on sustained impact, consistency, and real-world contribution. Each nomination is considered in full.
04. Final Jury Decision
Shortlisted candidates are selected based on overall merit and long-term influence. Recognition that reflects genuine excellence.
